ABSTRACT
Transhumanism assumes that the human species can transcend their limited physical and mental capacities with the help of science and technology. Technological singularity, which has an important place in the transhumanist discourse, includes scientific applications that can cause radical evolutionary changes for the human species with the effect of artificial intelligence studies. Therefore, argues that there will be a converge between machine and human, when technology becomes autonomous and constantly improves itself, a post-human will emerge beyond biological boundaries. In the study, the concepts of transhumanism and singularity were examined in detail. In parallel with technological advances, the physical and mental development process and its current situation have been discussed. It has been advocated that transhumanism puts hope in the development of artificial intelligence, benefited from technological developments on an enormous and revolutionary evolutionist ground, and technology has been a tool in this way. At the same time, it has been claimed that today the combination of machine and human takes place, that there is much more developmental potential and that solutions can be produced for problems arising from the limited biological structure of the human body with technological applications.This study is an analytical study based on literature review.

ÖZ
Transhümanizm, insan türünün bilim ve teknoloji yardımıyla sınırlı fiziksel ve zihinsel kapasitelerinin ötesine geçebileceğini varsayar. Transhümanist söylemde önemli bir yeri olan teknolojik tekillik ise yapay zeka çalışmalarının etkisiyle insan türü için radikal evrimsel değişimlere sebep olabilecek bilimsel uygulamaları kapsar. Bu nedenle makine ve insan arasında bir birleşim (converge) yaşanacağını, teknoloji özerk hale geldiğinde ve sürekli olarak kendini geliştirdiğinde biyolojik sınırların ötesinde bir üst-insanın (post-human) ortaya çıkacağını savunur. Yapılan araştırmada transhümanizm ve tekillik kavramları ayrıntılı olarak inelenmiş, teknolojik ilerlemelere paralel olarak yaşanan fiziksel ve zihinsel gelişim süreci ve mevcut durumu ele alınmıştır. Transhümanizmin yapay zeka gelişimine umut bağladığı, muazzam ve devrimci bir sürece zemin oluşturan teknolojik gelişmelerden faydalandığı ve teknolojiyi bu yolda bir vasıta olarak gördüğü savunulmuştur. Aynı zamanda günümüzde makine ve insan birleşiminin gerçekleştiği, giderek daha fazla gelişme potansiyelinin olduğu ve teknolojik uygulamalar ile insan bedeninin sınırlı biyolojik yapısından kaynaklanan sorunlara çözüm üretilebileceği iddia edilmiştir. Bu çalışma literatür taramasına dayalı analitik bir çalışmadır.

ABSTRACT
Transhumanism which is based on cognitive and physiological transformation of human beings claims that humans will be more excelled with high technology facilities. It is foreseen that in the close future, human's knowledge level will increase not only by means of artificial intelligence applications but also reformations on human brain and genes. As a matter of the fact, this process will change the structure and the content of the education system. Taking account of the fact that transhumanism will alter the structure and content of the education system what steps needs to be taken should be considered. Furthermore, this process will result in some positive and negative consequences. The most remarkable negative effect is that it will create serious socio economic and socio cultural gaps between countries, societies and individuals. There will be more yawning gap between the societies in addition to using artificial intelligence applications, whose genes are reformed, whose minds are empowered and the societies who remain deprived of these opportunities. It seems that the terms "developed-undeveloped country" or "primitive-modern country" will be deepen and become a reality. In this article it will be mentioned the probable effects of transhumanism, which will have a serious impact on education.

ÖZ
İnsanın bilişsel ve fizyolojik dönüşümünü esas alan transhümanizm yüksek teknolojinin imkanlarıyla insanın çok daha mükemmel bir forma evrileceğini iddia etmektedir. Yalnızca Yapay Zekâ’nın (YZ) uygulamalarıyla değil aynı zamanda insan geninde ve beyninde yapılacak iyileştirmelerle bilgi düzeyinde bir artış̧ gerçekleşeceği öngörülmektedir. Bu süreç̧, hâliyle eğitimin içeriğini ve yapısını da değiştirecektir. Eğitimin içeriği ve yapısının değişeceği dikkate alınarak neler yapılması gerektiği üzerinde düşünülmesi gerekir. Ayrıca bu süreç̧ hem olumlu hem olumsuz anlamda birtakım sonuçlar doğuracaktır. Bu olumsuz sonuçlardan en önemlisi ülkeler, toplumlar ve bireyler arasında ciddi sosyo-ekonomik ve sosyo-kültürel farklar oluşmasıdır. YZ uygulamalarını kullanan, geni iyileştirilmiş̧ ve zihni güçlendirilmiş̧ bireylere sahip toplumlar ve ülkeler ile bu imkanlardan yoksun bireylere sahip toplum ve ülkeler arasındaki uçurum daha da derinleşecektir. "Gelişmiş̧-gelişmemiş̧" veya "ilkel-modern ülkeler" ifadeleri daha da derinleşecek ve gerçeklik kazanacak gibi görünmekte. Bu makalede eğitim üzerinde büyük etkisi olacak olan transhümanizmin eğitime olan muhtemel etkilerine değinilecektir.

ABSTRACT
War has become an unavoidable reality that humankind has had to experience historically since from the beginning. As daily developments lead to military conflicts or wars, military conflicts and wars also affect human life. And, scientific and technical developments determine both human life and military developments in a mutual interaction. In the 21st century, humanity goes into a transhumanist process together with the world which has been transformed where the work of neuroscience, nanotechnology and robotics has been intensified, and in addition to this, cybernetics, robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) applications have increased. As military technology changes dimension at the end of the mechanical process, the cybernetics and robotic process will eventually lead to a different dimension of military technology as well. In such a process, both international relations, geopolitics and lives of societies and individuals will have new problems. Roboetics, an area of importance of these ethical problems, discusses the design, production, and use of cybernetics, robotics, and AI applications that mostly take place in medical, social, supplementary, services, and military sectors. This article will deal with the militarization of transhumanism and the ethical problems emerged as its consequences.

ÖZ
Savaş, insanlığın başlangıcından beri tarihsel olarak kaçamadığı ve tecrübe etmek zorunda olduğu bir gerçeklik olmuştur. Gündelik hayattaki gelişmeler, askeri çatışmaları veya savaşların zeminini doğururken askeri çatışmalar ve savaşlar da insan hayatını etkilemektedir. Yine bilimsel ve teknik gelişmeler karşılıklı etkileşim hâlinde hem insan hayatını hem de askeri gelişmeleri belirler. Nörobilim, nanoteknoloji ve robotik alanında yapılan çalışmaların yoğunlaştığı 21. yüzyılda insanın ve dünyanın dönüştürülmesiyle ve bu duruma ilaveten sibernetik, robotik ve yapay zeka (YZ) uygulamaların artmasıyla insanlığın transhümanist bir sürece girmesi söz konusu olmuştur. Sibernetik ve robotik süreç sonunda askeri teknoloji daha farklı bir boyuta girecektir. Böyle bir süreçte gerek uluslararası ilişkiler ve jeopolitik hayatta gerekse toplumların ve bireylerin hayatında yeni sorunların ortaya çıkması kaçınılmazdır. Etik sorunları konu edinen roboetik; tıbbi, yardımcı, hizmet ve sosyalleşmiş ve askeri alanlarda varlık bulan sibernetik, robotik ve YZ’lı uygulamaların tasarımını, üretimini ve kullanımını ahlaki olarak tartışır. Bu makalede transhümanizmin askerileşmesi ve neticesinde meydana gelen etik sorunlar ele alınmıştır.

ABSTRACT
The decline in digitization, storage areas and access costs have gained momentum along with mobilization and shielding. As almost everything is dataficated in this age we live, there is nothing left being digitization. The ideal of reaching the post-human as the target of transhumanism is at the stage of becoming possible with the developing technology. Together with the non-stop digitization process, transhumanism prepares human for a new revolutionary process. In this process, the human being takes a place in the binary number system consisting of 0 and 1 and progresses to a new form. In this study, it has been emphasized how digitization process affects transhumanism. Questions like “Will human be able to remain human?”, “Are the human beings bounded by limits and boundaries ontologically the same as existing human beings?”and “Are the traditional values and principles that human beings still survive?” have been answered. This study is an analytical study based on literature review. As a result of the research, it has been concluded that new definitions should be made on the reconstruction of the human definition, redrawing the boundaries and philosophical issues such as existence, ethics and value.

Dijitalleşme, depolama alanları ve erişim maliyetlerinde yaşanan düşme, mobilleşme ve ekranlaşma ile beraber büyük bir ivme kazanmıştır. Yaşadığımız bu çağda verileştirilmemiş hiçbir şey kalmadığı gibi hemen her şey dijitalleşmiştir. Transhümanizmin hedefi durumundaki üst-insana ulaşma ideali, gelişen teknoloji ile mümkün olma aşamasına gelmiştir. Durmaksızın devam eden dijitalleşme süreci ile beraber transhümanizm, insanı yeni bir devrimsel sürece hazırlamaktadır. Bu süreçte insan, 0 ve 1’lerden oluşan ikili sayı sisteminde kendine bir yer edinerek ilerlemekte ve yeni bir form ile karşılaşmaktadır. Yapılan araştırmada, dijitalleşme sürecinin transhümanizmi nasıl etkilediği üzerinde durulmuş; “İnsan, insan olarak kalabilecek midir?”, “Limit ve sınırları değişen insan, ontolojik olarak mevcut insan ile aynı insan mıdır?”, “İnsanın yaşadığı böylesi bir transformasyon sonrası geleneksel değerler ve ilkeler hala geçerliliğini koruyabilecek midir?” sorularına cevaplar aranmıştır. Bu çalışma, literatür taramasına dayalı analitik bir çalışmadır. Araştırma neticesinde insana ait tanımın yeniden yapılması, sınırlarının yeniden çizilmesi ve varlık, etik, değer gibi felsefi konularda yeni çalışmaların yapılması gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
